Heritage Building Guided Tour

Star Chambers is what the ticket window area is called and this paid tour is located at backside of this ticket window. As soon as one enters the CST Building’s heritage spot area, one can see the huge Roman Catholic style carved dome with sprinkling sun light rushing in from those dusty colourful glasses designed and painted with red and blue coloured artefacts. An 8 feet staircase at the entrance of Museum welcomes you to give the feel of what those Britishers have thought and felt while climbing Feel the walk those Britishers had while climbing those black coloured staircase made up of strong old time iron bars. Ask the museum guide and he will detail more precisely about same.

The marbled walls and those beautiful recesses along with those huge multicoloured slabs standing all across has some 8 to 10 different types of stones. The designed and the logic behind those tough and some very soft multilevel slab, which is a kind of supporting system of this heritage building has some deep research done during that time. It feels like those soft stones used in those slabs are the support system in case of minor earthquakes to help the structure survive and be steady.
