About Bhatsa Dam Reservoir

Bhatsa Dam is situated in Thane district, about 96 kilometers away from Mumbai city. It is connected to two major rivers, namely Bhatsa River and Corna River. The dam is located near Bhatsa, on the opposite side of Tansa Lake, which is about 17 kilometers away. Another nearby lake called Vaitarna is also in the vicinity, at a few kilometers distance. You can explore all the fresh water lakes in and around Mumbai city.

The area surrounding this lake is filled with lush greenery and dense jungle, making it a perfect spot for a peaceful day out.
